تراجعت أسعار الذهب اليوم الاثنين بعد أن لامست أعلى مستوى في أسبوعين، تحت ضغط ارتفاع الدولار، لكن خسائرها ظلت محدودة في ظل مؤشرات على تباطؤ سوق ‌العمل الأمريكية، مما خفف من توقعات رفع أسعار الفائدة الأمريكية.

ونزل الذهب في المعاملات الفورية 0.8 بالمئة إلى 4143.12 دولار للأوقية (الأونصة) بحلول الساعة 1202 بتوقيت جرينتش، بعد أن سجل في وقت سابق من اليوم أعلى مستوى منذ 22 يونيو حزيران. وارتفعت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب تسليم أغسطس آب 0.7 بالمئة إلى 4155.50 دولار ⁠للأوقية.
