حثّ الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي الاثنين حلفاءه على اتخاذ "قرارات قوية" خلال قمة حلف شمال الأطلسي المرتقبة هذا الأسبوع في أنقرة، إثر هجوم روسي على كييف أسفر عن مقتل 14 شخصا على الأقل الليلة الماضية.

وقال زيلينسكي عبر فيسبوك "من الأهمية بمكان أن يخرج العالم، وفي مقدمته الولايات المتحدة وشركاؤنا الأوروبيون، من قمة حلف شمال الأطلسي في أنقرة بقرارات قوية لدعم دفاعاتنا الجوية".
