إسرائيل تعلن قطع التواصل مع وزيرة خارجية الاتحاد الأوروبي

أعلنت إسرائيل الخميس قطع التواصل مع مسؤولة السياسة الخارجية للاتحاد الأوروبي كايا كالاس على خلفية تصريحات نُسبت إليها، قارنت فيها بين إسرائيل ونظام الفصل العنصري في جنوب إفريقيا.

وقال وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي جدعون ساعر عبر منصة إكس "نُشر أنه وخلال زيارتها (كالاس) إلى المكسيك قارنت إسرائيل بنظام الفصل العنصري الذي كان قائما في جنوب إفريقيا".

وأضاف "بناء عليه، وبصفتي وزير خارجية دولة إسرائيل، لا خيار لدي سوى قطع كل الاتصالات مع السيدة كالاس إلى أن تتراجع" عما أدلت به.
