أعلن الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون أن قمة مجموعة السبع ستناقش الاثنين إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز على المدى الطويل بموجب الاتفاق الأميركي الإيراني المعلن عنه حديثا لإنهاء الحرب في الشرق الأوسط.

وقال ماكرون الأحد في مقطع فيديو نشره على انستغرام، أنه خلال قمة مجموعة السبع في فرنسا "سيكون الهدف رؤية نتائج هذا الاتفاق ودعم لبنان وإعادة فتح مضيق هرمز بشكل دائم، وبالطبع إبرام اتفاق بشأن الأنشطة النووية والصاروخية في إيران".
