استقبل جلالة الملك عبدﷲ الثاني في قصر الحسينية، الأحد، رئيس مجلس النواب العراقي هيبت الحلبوسي.

وأكد جلالته، خلال اللقاء، أهمية تعزيز العلاقات المتينة بين البلدين في مختلف المجالات، بما يخدم الشعبين الشقيقين ويعزز استقرار المنطقة.

وبالحديث عن المستجدات الإقليمية، شدد جلالة الملك على ضرورة تكثيف الجهود لتثبيت وقف إطلاق النار بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران، وضمان أمن وسيادة الدول العربية.

ونبه جلالته إلى ضرورة منع استغلال أوضاع المنطقة كذريعة لفرض واقع جديد في القدس والضفة الغربية وغزة.

وحضر اللقاء رئيس مجلس النواب مازن القاضي، ومدير مكتب جلالة الملك، المهندس علاء البطاينة.
