أعلنت شركة أويسس500، الذراع الريادي لصندوق الملك عبدالله الثاني للتنمية، عن إعادة تشكيل مجلس إدارتها والذي ترأسه سهير العلي، وتعيين خليل حداد رئيسا تنفيذيا للشركة، في خطوة تمثل محطة مهمة في مسيرة أويسس500 نحو المزيد من النمو والتوسع الإقليمي والنضج المؤسسي.

ويأتي هذا الإعلان في مرحلة محورية تواصل خلالها الشركة جهودها لاستقطاب الاستثمارات لصندوقها الاستثماري الرابع "Oasis Ventures III"، والذي أعلنت أويسس500 عن إطلاقه مطلع العام الحالي، مع تركيز استثماري على الشركات التقنية في مراحلها المبكرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، استجابةً للحاجة المتزايدة لسد فجوة الاستثمارات في هذه المرحلة.

ويضم المجلس الإدارة الجديد، كلا من سهير العلي رئيس مجلس الإدارة، وفريد بلبيسي، ووليد تحبسم، وزيد الفرخ، ورامي قواسمي، و حسام حمّو، و فيصل قعوار.
