أمن الدولة تصدر قرارها في قضية استشهاد ثلاثة من إدارة مكافحة المخدرات

أصدرت محكمة امن الدولة اليوم الاحد بالإجماع قرارها الفاصل في القضية المتعلقة باستشهاد ثلاثة من مرتبات إدارة مكافحة المخدرات، ويقضي بتجريم المتهم بالتهم المسندة إليه وعددها خمس جنايات من بينها جناية الاعتداء الجسدي على المكلفين بتنفيذ أحكام قانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية نتج عنها وفاة (مكرر ثلاث مرات) خلافاً لإحكام المواد (1/12) ، ج ، د) من قانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية رقم 23 لسنة 2016 وتعديلاته، والحكم عليه بالنتيجة بالعقوبة الأشد وهي الإعدام مع مصادرة جميع المضبوطات بهذه القضية.
