أعلنت رئاسة الأركان العامة للجيش الكويتي، السبت، أن الدفاعات الجوية الكويتية تصدت لهجمات صاروخية وطائرات مسيرة معادية، وتمكنت من اعتراضها عبر منظومات الدفاع الجوي.

وأكدت رئاسة الأركان أن أصوات الانفجارات التي سُمعت في بعض المناطق كانت ناتجة عن عمليات الاعتراض التي نفذتها منظومات الدفاع الجوي للتعامل مع الأهداف المعادية.

ودعت المواطنين والمقيمين إلى الالتزام بتعليمات وإرشادات الأمن والسلامة الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة، ومتابعة المعلومات من المصادر الرسمية المعتمدة.
