قال مصدر مقرب من فريق التفاوض الإيراني لوكالة مهر للأنباء الثلاثاء إن إيران لم ترد بعد على مقترح اتفاق نهائي مع الولايات المتحدة بهدف إنهاء الصراع بينهما، وذكر أن المناقشات حول النص النهائي لا تزال جارية في طهران.

وأوضح المصدر أن إيران تدرس المقترح بحذر بالنظر لما تعتبره تاريخا من عدم التزام الولايات المتحدة فضلا عن انعدام الثقة بينهما.

وقال المصدر "بالنظر للتجارب السابقة، تسعى إيران إلى تحقيق مكاسب ملموسة وحقيقية".
