قالت المديرة العامة للمناطق التنموية، ريم سهاونة، الخميس، إن عدد زوار تلفريك عجلون خلال الأيام الثلاثة الماضية بلغ أكثر من 3 آلاف زائر وزائرة.

وأضافت سهاونة، أن هؤلاء الزوار قدموا إلى التلفريك من مختلف المناطق، بينهم سياح عرب وأجانب، مؤكدة أن التلفريك أصبح وجهة ومعلمًا سياحيا بارزًا في محافظة عجلون والأردن.

وبيّنت أن عدد زوار التلفريك يوم الاثنين، تزامنًا مع عيد الاستقلال، بلغ نحو 1377 زائرًا، فيما زاره يوم الثلاثاء نحو 500 زائر، بينما بلغ عدد زواره في أول أيام عيد الأضحى نحو 1360 زائرا.

وأشارت إلى أن عدد زوار تلفريك عجلون منذ افتتاحه وبداية تشغيله بلغ نحو مليون وثلاثمائة ألف زائر.
