صدر في الجريدة الرسمية، نظام معدل لنظام إجازة المصنفات المرئية والمسموعة ومراقبتها لسنة 2026، وذلك استنادا إلى أحكام المادة (31) من الدستور، وبعد إقراره من مجلس الوزراء . وبموجب النظام الجديد، يقرأ النظام المعدل مع نظام إجازة المصنفات المرئية والمسموعة ومراقبتها رقم (63) لسنة 2004 وتعديلاته كنظام واحد، ويعمل به اعتبارا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية. وتضمن التعديل إضافة الفقرة الجديدة (د) إلى المادة (12) من النظام الأصلي، نصت على استيفاء رسوم لترخيص شركات الإنتاج والتوزيع الرقمي الخاصة بصناع المحتوى الرقمي، بواقع 500 دينار كرسم ترخيص يُستحق بعد مرور سنة من تاريخ منح الرخصة، إضافة إلى 100 دينار سنويا كرسم لتجديد الرخصة.
