استأنف نادي ذات راس نشاطه الكروي للفئات العمرية على ملعب المشيرفة، لاختيار المواهب وسط إقبال لافت من الواعدين.

وتهدف هذه الخطوة إلى دعم المواهب الناشئة واكتشاف جيل جديد من المبدعين في المحافظة.

وتولت لجنة فنية متخصصة تضم نخبة من أبرز المدربين وأصحاب الكفاءات عملية التقييم والاختيار بدقة للإشراف على صقل هذه المواهب وتوجيهها، وضمت اللجنة د. مراد النوايسة، وظاهر الرواشدة، وعلي البطوش، وباسم الرواشدة، ومحمود الترك.

وتسعى إدارة النادي من خلال هذا البرنامج إلى التركيز الكامل على رعاية واختيار الفئات العمرية وتطوير المواهب الشبابية، تأكيدًا على دوره كمنارة رياضية واحتضانه الدائم للشباب الرياضي المبدع.
