واشنطن تمدد إعفاء النفط الروسي المنقول بحرا من العقوبات لثلاثين يوما

مدّدت وزارة الخزانة الأميركية، الاثنين، إعفاء شحنات النفط الروسي المحمّلة بها ناقلات مبحرة حاليا، من العقوبات لمدة ثلاثين يوما، مع تواصل ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة عالميا بسبب استمرار التوتر في الشرق الأوسط رغم الهدنة.

وقال وزير الخزانة سكوت بيسنت في منشور على منصة إكس إن "رخصة الـ30 يوما العامة الموقتة" الأخيرة ستمنح "الدول الأكثر ضعفا القدرة على الوصول موقتا إلى النفط الروسي العالق حاليا في البحر".
