سرت بليل فلا برد يؤخرها

عن الصدور ولا ثلج ولا مطر

سرت بليل وفيها الفكر مزدحم

ضمن الزوايا له التأثير والأثر

والعاملون على إصدارها سهروا

لتنشر الرأي فالأخبار تنتشر

هي السياسة في صفحاتها قبس

وهي العلوم اذا ما رمتها خبر

وهي الرياضة في أرجائها صور

وهي الفنون على أنواعها الوتر

الرأي مرأة قوم أخلصوا ابدا

للحق دوما فلا قهر ولا بطر

للاردنيين تبدي وجه مجتمع

أعطى لأمته من فكره الفكر

فيها الشجاعة والاقدام ما برحت

عند اللقاء وفيها الصادق الخبر

والرأي فينا مفداة مكرمة

منارة الفكر موصول بها النظر

والعارفون لمعنى الرأي قد علموا

ما في الحياة بلا راي سوى الخطر

والعاملون على إصدارها نجب

فرسان حق فما تاهوا ولا عثروا

القائلون بصدق ذاك منهجنا

والطامحون لاردن العلى سهروا

فلتسلم الرأي رأيا واضحا ابدا

فوق السحاب لها راياتها الغرر

وليهنأ الكل في عيد يذكرهم

أن الشجاعة بعد الرأي تبتدر
