أدان الأردن، الثلاثاء، قيام مجموعة مسلحة من عناصر الحرس الثوري بالتسلل إلى جزيرة بوبيان بهدف تنفيذ أعمال عدائية تجاه دولة الكويت الشقيقة؛ خرقًا فاضحًا لسيادة الكويت وتهديدًا خطيرًا لأمنها واستقرارها وانتهاكًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

وأكّدت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين في بيانٍ رفض الأردن واستنكاره هذا الاعتداء ولكل ما من شأنه المساس بالكويت الشقيقة، وتضامنه ووقوفه الكامل مع الكويت ودعمه لكلّ ما تتّخذه من إجراءات للحفاظ على أمنها واستقرارها و سلامة مواطنيها.
