صادق البرلمان التركي مساء الأربعاء على مشروع قانون يحظر استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لمن هم دون سن 15 عاما، وفق ما أفادت وكالة أنباء الأناضول الرسمية.

وبموجب القانون، لن يتمكن من هم دون سن 15 عاما من التسجيل على الشبكات الاجتماعية، وسيتعين على المنصات الرقمية تطبيق أنظمة التحقق من العمر، وفق قناة "إن تي في" الإخبارية التركية.

وأضافت القناة أن الآباء سيحصلون على أدوات للتحكم في وقت استخدام الشاشات والإنفاق عبر الإنترنت، بينما "في حالة الطوارئ" سيتعين على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الرئيسية التدخل في غضون ساعة من نشر المحتوى الضار.

وذكرت وكالة أنباء الأناضول أن القانون سيدخل حيز التنفيذ بعد ستة أشهر من نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

وتناقش دول عدة حظر الوصول إلى الشبكات الاجتماعية لمن هم دون سن 15 عاما.
