استكملت كوادر بلدية جرش الكبرى أعمال التشجير في سوف ودير الليات وذلك ضمن جهود البلدية لتعزيز الرقعة الخضراء وتحسين المشهد البيئي في المدينة.

وأكد رئيس لجنة البلدية محمد بني ياسين أهمية هذه المشاريع في دعم البيئة الحضرية مبينا ضرورة استمرارية أعمال التشجير بما يعكس صورة حضارية لمدينة جرش ويعزز من مستوى الخدمات المقدمة.

وبين أهمية متابعة سير العمل والخطط الموضوعة لاستكمال زراعة الأشجار وتطوير المساحات العامة إلى جانب تطوير المساحات العامة، بما يحقق أهداف التنمية البيئية ويعزز من جودة الحياة في المدينة.

وأشار إلى أن البلدية ماضية في تنفيذ برامجها البيئية وفق الإمكانات المتاحة، وبالتعاون مع مختلف الجهات المعنية، لما لذلك من أثر إيجابي على البيئة والمجتمع المحلي.
