أدى 49 محامياً جديداً اليمين القانونية أمام وزير العدل الدكتور بسام التلهوني، اليوم الأحد، بحضور أمين سر مجلس نقابة المحامين الأردنيين أنس شطناوي، وعضو مجلس النقابة برهم البقور.

ورحب التلهوني بالمحامين الجدد، مثمناً دور مهنة المحاماة في إظهار الحقائق لتحقيق العدالة، ومتمنياً لهم التوفيق في حمل هذه الرسالة السامية.

يُشار إلى أن المادة (23) من قانون نقابة المحامين تُلزم المحامي الذي يسجل اسمه لأول مرة في سجل المحامين أن يحلف اليمين القانونية أمام وزير العدل بحضور النقيب أو عضوين من مجلس النقابة.
