طبيبة تكشف عن نوع حلوى واحد كعلاج فعال للقلق

كشفت طبيبة في هيئة الخدمات الصحية البريطانية (NHS) أن تناول نوع معيّن من الحلوى الحامضة قد يساهم في تخفيف شعور القلق بشكل مؤقت.

وأوضحت الدكتورة راج أرورا، التي ظهرت في برنامج This Morning على قناة ITV، أن التجربة الحسية الناتجة عن تناول الحلوى الحامضة تعمل على صرف الانتباه عن نوبة القلق أو الهلع، ما يمنح الشخص شعوراً بالهدوء لفترة قصيرة.

وقالت في مقطع على تيك توك (@drrajarora): "عند الشعور بنوبة قلق، تحويل الانتباه أو تشتيته يمكن أن يكون فعالًا للغاية. تناول حلوى شديدة الحموضة يوفر تجربة حسية قوية تساعد على تهدئتك وإعادة توجيه انتباهك بعيداً عن القلق".

ورغم ذلك، شددت أرورا على أن هذه الطريقة ليست علاجاً طويل المدى، محذرةً من الإفراط في تناول الحلوى بسبب محتواها العالي من السكريات المصنعة، وفق صحيفة ميرور.
