أوضحت المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي، عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة إكس، أن المؤمن عليها العاملة في القطاع الخاص يحق لها الحصول على بدل إجازة الأمومة في حال ولادة الجنين ميتًا بعد الشهر السادس من الحمل، أو في حال وفاته مباشرة بعد الولادة.

وقالت المؤسسة إن هذا الإجراء يندرج ضمن حقوق المؤمن عليهن ويهدف إلى تقديم الدعم المالي في مثل هذه الحالات الحساسة.
