أمر قاض أميركي في قرار أصدره الأربعاء بأن يتمّ ترحيل الناشط المؤيّد للفلسطينيين محمود خليل من الولايات المتحدة إلى الجزائر أو سوريا.

وقال القاضي في ولاية لويزيانا (جنوب) جيمي كومانس في خلاصة حكمه "قرّرنا بموجبه ترحيل المدّعى عليه من الولايات المتحدة إلى الجزائر، أو إلى سوريا كخيار بديل"، مبرّرا قراره طرد القيادي في حركة الاحتجاج المؤيّدة للفلسطينيين في جامعة كولومبيا بنيويورك بوجود مخالفات في طلبه للحصول على تصريح إقامة.
