أمرت قاضية أميركية الأربعاء بإلغاء قرار تجميد التمويلات الذي اتخذته إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب بحق جامعة هارفرد على خلفية اتهامات بتفشي معاداة السامية والتحيز في المؤسّسة المرموقة.

وقالت القاضية الفدرالية في بوسطن أليسون بوروز في قرارها "ألغت المحكمة أوامر التجميد وخطابات الإنهاء باعتبارها تنتهك التعديل الأول" من الدستور.

وأضافت "يتم إلغاء وإبطال جميع عمليات التجميد وإنهاء التمويل لجامعة هارفرد والتي تمت بموجب أوامر التجميد وخطابات الإنهاء في أو بعد 14 نيسان/أبريل 2025".
