لا أَملكُ شيئاً فيكِ،

وكُلُّكِ لي..

من جَبَلِ «النّصر»، إلى «المَرّيخِ»، إلى «عَبْدونْ»!

يا أجملَ «ليْلى» في الكونِ، أَنا «المجنونُ»

المسكونُ بِحبّكِ، والمفتونْ..

بالعَيْنِ، وبالميمِ، وبالنّونْ!!

لا أملكُ شيئاً مكتوباً باسْمي..

ماذا يمكنُ أَنْ يُكتبَ، باسمِ الشّاعرِ،

- غيرُ الحُزْنِ!؟

ولكنْ.. حينَ أراكِ.. أَراني

ويعودُ إلى قلبي.. قلبي

ويُفَتّحُ فيهِ الزعترُ، والدُّفلى، والدَّحنونْ؟!

يا أيَّتُها «البدويّةُ»، و"الحَضَريّةُ»،

و«الختيارةُ»، و«الطِّفلةُ»،

والوردةُ، والشَّوْكةُ..

يا وارثةَ حضاراتِ الدنيا..

يا «فيلادلفيا»!

لا أملكُ إلاّ «هذا القَلْبَ»..

وأَحلفُ أنّكِ وَحْدَكِ فيه..

فهل يكفيكِ؟! لِتَرضَيْ عنّي..

يا «ربّةَ عَمّون»!؟؟
