حين كنت طفلا, تعاطيت مع (سندويشة) الفلافل باعتبارها وجبة يومية, تخفف من جوع المعدة, وكانت مجرد مسحة حمص, وحبات من الفلافل.. ولم يكن غريبا أن تجد (حصوة) أثناء المضغ, أو خيطا علق بالخبز... المهم أنك حصلت على (سندويشة).

مع الزمن تطورت (سندويشة ) الفلافل, دخلت (السلطة) كعنصر أساسي ومهم, أيضا تغير الطعم وتغير شكل (الحبة), وحدث هناك انقلاب في هندسة(السندويشة ) فقد انتقلت من الخبز العادي, إلى خبز الكعك.

أيضا دخل ( الجرجير) في المعادلة, وتمت إضافة (الخس)... وهناك (السندويشة المشكل)..والتي يتم من خلالها, إضافة (المقالي)..

لقد تغير الطعم وتغير الشكل وتغير السعر أيضا!.

تفرح حين تشاهد هذا التطور, في سندويشة الفلافل...وتحزن في نفس الوقت حين تجد أن الأفواه التي تأكل هذه (السندويشة) لم يتطور خطابها للان.

لقد فتحت حسابي على (الفيس بوك) صباح اليوم..فوجئت بحجم الإنقسام والجدل..وهناك شتم يتخلله, بعض اشكال القصف اللفظي العنيف...وهنا تأييد منقطع النظير في بلادنا لتطور الفلافل, ويصبح أجمل شكلا.. وأشهى طعما.. ما بال الألسنة لا تتطور.؟
