القاهرة - (رويترز) - أصدر الرئيس المصري محمد مرسي اليوم الاحد قرارا جمهوريا بعودة مجلس الشعب المنتخب لعقد جلساته وسحب القرار الذي أصدره رئيس المجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة في 15 يونيو حزيران باعتبار المجلس منحلا.

وأصدر المشير محمد حسين طنطاوي القرار السابق تنفيذا لحكم المحكمة الدستورية العليا بشان عدم دستورية بعض بنود قانون انتخابات مجلس الشعب.

وقال بيان إن القرار يقضي أيضا بالدعوة الى انتخابات لاختيار برلمان جديد خلال 60 يوما من تاريخ موافقة الشعب على الدستور الجديد.
