صدر في الجريدة الرسمية نظام معدل رقم 119 لنظام امتحان الكفاية في اللغة العربية لسنة 2019.

وتضمن التعديل إلغاء تعريف "اللجنة الفنية" والمعنى المخصص له الوارد في المادة الثانية من النظام الأصلي، وإلغاء نص الفقرة ج من المادة الرابعة والاستعاضة عنه باعتماد الصياغات النهائية لأسئلة الامتحان وأجوبتها، وإلغاء المادتين الخامسة والسادسة المتضمنتين تشكيل لجنة فنية وتحديد مهامها وصلاحيتها.

وعليه تلغى اللجنة الفنية في النظام المعدل التي كانت تتولى إعداد الأسئلة وأجوبتها النموذجية وطباعة الصياغة النهائية لها، والإشراف على نسخها ووضعها في مغلفات مختومة، وتصحيح أوراق الامتحان وتدوين النتائج.
