قالت وزارة المياه والري :"ان سد الملك طلال امتلىء بكامل طاقته التخزينية البالغة 75 مليون متر مكعب بفعل الامطار الغزيرة التي هطلت على الحوض الصباب المغذي للسد خلال الساعات الماضية."

وبين الناطق الاعلامي باسم الوزارة عمر سلامة"أنه سيتم البدء باسالة المياه منه تدريجيا وبطاقة 150 م٣ بالثانية باتجاه وادي تلال الذهب الى الاغوار من صباح الجمعة وحتى الساعة ١١ صباحا حيث سيتم فتح البوابات وتفريغ مليون و620 الف متر مكعب خلال ثلاث ساعات ."

ودعا سلامة المواطنين لضرورة اخذ الحيطة والحذر وعدم الاقتراب من مجرى الوادي .
