العلماء يكشفون فوائد غير متوقعة للقهوة

وجد علماء من جامعة توماس جيفرسون في فيلادلفيا أن القهوة تشبع خلايا الجسم بالأكسجين وتساعد على تعافيهم.

ونتيجة لدراسة علمية تمكن العلماء من معرفة أن القهوة الأكثر فائدة هي التي يتم سكب الماء المغلي على حبات القهوة المطحونة وشربها خلال خمس إلى عشر دقائق. حيث تحقق هذه الطريقة المستوى المثالي للحموضة، بحسب موقع " Scientific Reports".

ويؤدي إشباع الدم بمضادات الأكسدة والفيتامينات والعناصر الدقيقة التي نحصل عليها من القهوة، إلى تقليل إلتهاب الأنسجة وتعزز القلب والأوعية الدموية.

وأشار العلماء إلى أن القهوة التي أصبحت مشهورة الآن تحت مسمى " Cold brew coffee" تكون أقل فائدة على الجسم من القهوة الساخنة المتعارف عليها.
