امن الدولة تسند تهماً للمتورطين بقضية مصنع الدخان

باشر الفريق الخاص المشكل من مدعين عامين من محكمة امن الدولة اليوم الخميس، التحقيق مع المشتبه بهم في قضية مصنع الدخان، وذلك بناء على قرار النائب العام لمحكمة امن الدولة العميد القاضي العسكري حازم المجالي.

واسندت النيابة للمتورطين تهم القيام، بالاشتراك، في اعمال تعرض سلامة المجتمع وأمنه والموارد الاقتصادية للخطر بوصفها جريمة اقتصادية، والقيام باعمال من شانها تغيير كيان الدولة الاقتصادي، وتعريض اوضاع المجتمع للخطر، والتهرب الجمركي، والغش في نوع البضاعة، والتهرب من الضريبة العامة على المبيعات. بترا
