قال مدير صحة محافظة المفرق الدكتور هاني عليمات المتخصص بالطفيليات والحشرات والمختبر المركزي من الوزارة إلى جانب فريق متخصص لرصد ورقابة الأمراض سيعمد صباح غد الثلاثاء إلى إجراء مسح شامل لمنطقة أم مسرب(١٢كم شمالي شرق مدينة المفرق) لتبيان اسباب المرض الذي طال بعض المواطنين بسبب لدغة حشرة . وبين عليمات أن الفريق سيعمل على إجراء الفحوصات اللازمة وأخذ عينات دم من المصابين لفحصها لمعرفة الحشرة المنتشرة في المنطقة للقضاء عليها . وكان أصيب (١٢مواطنا) بلدغة حشرة اللشمانيا في المنطقة ما انعكس سلبا على المواطنين
