يواصل البحث الجنائي التحقيق بوفاة طفل غرقاً بعد ثبوت وجود شبهة جنائية جراء اكتشاف علامات خنق حول عنقه وتعرضه لاعتداء جنسي.

وقال المصدر إنه تم العثور على طفل في الثامنة من عمره متوفيا داخل بركة مائية في منشار للحجر بمنطقة سحاب شرق عمان، وتم تحويل الطفل للطب الشرعي لتعليل سبب الوفاة.

وأكد المصدر أنه تبين على اثر تشريح الجثة تعرض الطفل للخنق قبل وفاته، بالإضافة الى علامات اعتداء جنسي، وتم تشكيل فريق تحقيق من شعبة بحث جنائي العاصمة لمتابعة القضية للوقوف على كافة ملابساتها والقبض على مرتكبها.
