 عمان - بترا - وافقت اللجنة القانونية في مجلس الأعيان في الاجتماع الذي عقدته أمس الاثنين برئاسة رئيس المجلس فيصل عاكف الفايز وحضور رئيس اللجنة العين محمد صامد الرقاد على مشروع قانون المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية لسنة 2016 كما ورد من مجلس النواب.
وجاء في الأسباب الموجبة لهذا القانون مكافحة آفة المخدرات ومواجهتها بتشريعات عصرية والحد من انتشارها في مجتمعنا بصورة احترازية، وتجريم جميع صور التعامل غير المشروع بالمواد المخدرة والمؤثرات العقلية والمعاقبة عليها.
وأوصت اللجنة المجلس برفع توصية للحكومة بان لا يقوم مجلس الوزراء بإعفاء أي شخص من الغرامات المحكوم بها بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون.
وحضر الاجتماع مدير عام المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء الدكتور هايل عبيدات ومدير القضاء العسكري العميد زياد العدوان ومدير إدارة مكافحة المخدرات بالإنابة العقيد محمد المنيزل.
