عمان – سمر حدادين - كشفت أرقام دائرة قاضي القضاة أن عدد القضايا المنظورة في المحاكم الشرعية، خلال العام 2015 بلغت (97.450) الف قضية، تم الفصل بنحو (74.545) الف قضية.
وبلغ عدد القضايا المنظورة في العام 2014 بلغ (95.476) الف قضية، وتم الفصل بنحو (49.340) ألف قضية .
وأظهرت التقديرات الأولية الصادرة عن دائرة قاضي القضاة، أن عدد عقود الزواج التي تمت خلال عام 2015 بلغت (88.450) الف، بينما وصل عدد عقود الزواج المسجلة بالمحاكم الشرعية خلال عام 2014 نحو (84.462) الف عقد.
وسجل العام الماضي وفق التقديرات ذاتها (23.800) الف حالة طلاق، وكان عدد حالات الطلاق المسجلة في عام 2014 قد بلغت (20.911) حالة طلاق.
وأظهرت التقديرات أن عدد حالات الخلع التي تمت في العام الفائت بلغت 587 حالة خلع.
