عمان - بترا - ارتفع عدد الجرائم الالكترونية المسجلة في الاردن العام الماضي الى 2300 جريمة، غالبيتها جرائم تشهير و‏تهديد وابتزاز ‏الكتروني.
وكانت وحدة الجرائم الالكترونية التابعة لادارة البحث الجنائي، قد تعاملت عند تأسيسها في 2008 مع 12 جريمة فقط. واكدت الوحدة التي تطورت منذ تأسيسها كقسم للجرائم الالكترونية الى وحدة مكافحة الجرائم الالكترونية، انها مستمرة بتوفير الامن الالكتروني للاردنيين والمقيمين على حد سواء.
