عمان - بترا - أدى 108 محامين جددا القسم القانوني امس الثلاثاء أمام وزير العدل الدكتور بسام التلهوني بحضور نقيب المحامين الاستاذ سمير خرفان.
يشار الى أن المادة 23 من قانون نقابة المحامين تلزم المحامي الذي يسجل اسمه لأول مرة في سجل المحامين الأساتذة أن يحلف اليمين القانونية أمام وزير العدل بحضور النقيب أو عضوين من مجلس النقابة.
