عمان - بترا - بعث جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني برقية تهنئة إلى رئيس جمهورية أذربيجان إلهام علييف أعرب فيها عن أصدق مشاعر التهنئة بالثقة التي أولاه إياها الشعب الأذربيجاني الشقيق، وإعادة انتخابه رئيسا لجمهورية أذربيجان.
