وتأتي هذه الخطوة في سياق تعزيز وتعظيم العلاقات الاردنية مع جمهورية موزمبيق والدول الأفريقية في المجالات كافة، وللارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للرعايا الأردنيين في الخارج.
