قرر رئيس مجلس الأعيان طاهر المصري دعوة المجلس بشكل مفاجئ للإنعقاد مساء اليوم الأربعاء لإقرار قانون الأحزاب لسنة (2012).

وكان المصري اعلن امام الصحفيين اليوم أن الاعيان سيقر القانون كما أقره النواب صباح اليوم.

وكان مجلس النواب أقر قانون الأحزاب بعد ان رفع عدد مؤسسي الحزب لـ(500) شخص كما ورد من مجلس الأعيان مخالفا بذلك قراره السابق ومشروع القانون كما ورد من الحكومة الذي نص على أن لا يقل عدد مؤسسي الحزب عن (250) شخصا.
