عمان-بترا- قال مدير عام الشركة الأردنية لإعادة تمويل الرهن العقاري إبراهيم الظاهر أن الشركة باعت الإصدار المائة وإثني عشر من أسناد قرض الشركة، وعددها خمسة الاف سند بقيمة إسمية5 ملايين دينار، لأجل سنة واحدة بسعر فائدة ثابت 698ر4 % سنوياً إستحقاق8/5/2012. ووافق مجلس مفوضي هيئة الاوراق المالية على طرح الأسناد للإكتتاب علماً بأن البنك المركزي الأردني يقوم بمهام الحافظ الأمين ووكيل الدفع للإصدار.
واشار الظاهر الى ان الشركة تعمل على تطوير وتحسين سوق التمويل الإسكاني من خلال قيامها بتوفير التمويل متوسط وطويل الأجل للبنوك والشركات المالية التي تمنح قروضاً سكنية وتطوير سوق رأس المال من خلال طرح اسناد قرض في سوق رأس المال المحلي مما يساعد في زيادة الأدوات الإستثمارية المتاحة في السوق
