نشرت مؤسسة كروننبيرغ البولندية هذه الصورة الكمبيوترية التي تمثل وجه العالم الفلكي الشهير نيكولاس كوبرنيكس.
وتقول المؤسسة ان تكوين الصورة جاء اعتماداً على جمجمة اكتشفت في كاتدرائية في فرومبورك شمال بولندا. وقد قام باحثون بولنديون وسويديون بتحديد هوية الجمجمة بمقارنة مادة الوراثة DNA مستخلصة منها مع اخرى استخلصت من شعرة وجدت في أحد كتب هذا العالم الذي عاش في القرن السادس عشر.
