التقى سمو الأمير الحسين بن عبدالله الثاني ولي العهد، اليوم الخميس، مع مفوضة الاتحاد الأوروبي للشركات الناشئة والبحوث والابتكار إيكاترينا زاهارييفا، على هامش قمة تالين الرقمية المنعقدة في أستونيا.

وبحث اللقاء آفاق التعاون في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي والطاقة والرعاية الصحية والتقنيات الناشئة، إضافة إلى آليات ربط الشركات الناشئة الأردنية بمنظومات الابتكار الأوروبية.

كما جرى بحث إمكانية التعاون في برامج تهدف إلى تحويل الأبحاث والابتكارات إلى مشاريع تجارية، فضلا عن بناء شراكات بين الجامعات والمؤسسات البحثية في الأردن وأوروبا.

وحضر اللقاء وزير الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة المهندس سامي سميرات، ومدير مكتب سمو ولي العهد، الدكتور زيد البقاعين.
