ارتفعت أسعار النفط الجمعة، بعد أن أثار العدوان الذي شنه الحوثيون على السعودية مخاوف من حدوث مزيد من الاضطرابات في إمدادات الطاقة من الشرق الأوسط.

وبحلول الساعة 04:39 بتوقيت غرينتش، صعدت العقود الآجلة لخام برنت 58 سنتا أو 0.5% إلى 113.75 دولار للبرميل وزادت العقود الآجلة لخام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأميركي 66 سنتا أو 0.7% إلى 100.13 دولار.

ويتجه خام برنت، الذي سجل عند التسوية الخميس أعلى مستوى له منذ 4 أيار، لاختتام تعاملات الأسبوع على ارتفاع للأسبوع الثالث على التوالي. ويتجه خام غرب تكساس الوسيط للانخفاض منهيا مكاسب دامت أسبوعين.

وأفادت رويترز بأن شركة أرامكو السعودية أمرت الخميس بإخلاء مقرها الرئيسي في الظهران على الخليج بالقرب من البحرين، مع اشتداد القتال بين أكبر مصدر للنفط الخام في العالم والحوثيين في اليمن.
