"البابا" يعود إلى الفاتيكان بعد عملية جراحية

غادر البابا لاون الرابع عشر اليوم السبت، مستشفى "جيميلي" الجامعي في روما، بعد إقامة استمرت أربعة أيام، إثر خضوعه لعملية جراحية لاستئصال ورم غُدّي سرطاني في الرئة.

ووفقًا لموقع أخبار الفاتيكان، أُدخل البابا المستشفى صباح الثلاثاء الماضي، وخضع في اليوم نفسه لعملية جراحية استغرقت 90 دقيقة، أُزيل خلالها الفص السفلي من الرئة باستخدام تقنية الجراحة بمساعدة الفيديو.

وأظهرت الفحوصات الطبية والصور الإشعاعية أن التعافي يسير بصورة منتظمة، مع بقاء المؤشرات الحيوية ضمن المعدلات الطبيعية.
