"صحة غزة": 466 وفاة بسبب سوء التغذية والتجويع منذ عام 2024

قالت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية في قطاع غزة، الجمعة، إن 466 شخصا توفوا بسبب سوء التغذية والتجويع منذ عام 2024، بينهم 157 طفلا و189 مسنا، محذرة من استمرار المستويات الكارثية لسوء التغذية في القطاع.

وأضافت الوزارة، في تصريح صحفي بمناسبة يوم الأغذية العالمي، أن 158,001 حالة سوء تغذية حاد سُجلت بين الأطفال دون الخامسة منذ عام 2024 وحتى آب 2026، بينها 28,716 حالة شديدة تهدد الحياة.

وتوقعت الوزارة أن يواجه أكثر من 1.4 مليون شخص، أي ما يعادل 67% من سكان القطاع، مستويات الأزمة الغذائية أو أسوأ حتى نهاية عام 2026، في ظل استمرار تداعيات الحرب، مشيرة إلى إعلان المجاعة رسميا في محافظة غزة في آب 2025.
