مجدلاني: هناك توجه لتأجيل الانتخابات التشريعية الفلسطينية

قال عضو اللجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية أحمد مجدلاني، الخميس، إن هناك توجها لتأجيل الانتخابات التشريعية الفلسطينية.

وأوضح مجدلاني أن قرار التأجيل من عدمه سيُبتّ به السبت المقبل، خلال اجتماع اللجنة التنفيذية المخصص لبحث هذا الأمر.

وكان من المقرّر إجراء الانتخابات التشريعية الفلسطينية في 28 تشرين الأول الحالي، فيما بدأت في 26 أيلول الماضي مرحلة الترشح وتسجيل القوائم، وسط ترتيبات خاصة لضمان مشاركة الناخبين في قطاع غزة والقدس، وتعديلات على قانون الانتخابات شملت خفض سن الترشح، ونسبة الحسم، وتعزيز تمثيل المرأة.
