باشر مكلفو خدمة العلم تنفيذ برنامج التدريب الأساسي في مركز تدريب خدمة العلم بمعسكر شويعر، بحضور المساعد للإدارة والقوى البشرية ورئيس دائرة التعبئة والجيش الشعبي.

واطلع المساعد على إيجاز قدمه آمر المركز حول مراحل البرنامج ومساراته التدريبية، والإجراءات المعتمدة لتنفيذها، بما يضمن إعداد المكلفين وتأهيلهم وفق المتطلبات العسكرية المقررة.

وأكد رئيس دائرة التعبئة والجيش الشعبي أن المسار العسكري الميداني يُعد المحور الرئيس للبرنامج التدريبي، ويشمل تأهيل المكلفين من خلال تدريبات عسكرية متدرجة تتضمن اللياقة البدنية، والانضباط العسكري، وإتقان المهارات الميدانية الأساسية، بما في ذلك استخدام الأسلحة الخفيفة، وفق مناهج تدريبية معتمدة تنسجم مع متطلبات البرنامج.

ويأتي تنفيذ التدريب ضمن منظومة خدمة العلم الهادفة إلى تأهيل الشباب عسكرياً ومعرفياً، وإعدادهم للانخراط الفاعل والمنضبط في منظومة العمل الوطني، بما يعزز القدرات الفردية ويدعم متطلبات الأمن الوطني الشامل.
