أعلنت سلطة منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة عن إتاحة «دليل الخدمات الإلكترونية» عبر موقعها الإلكتروني الرسمي وقنوات التواصل الاجتماعي التابعة للسلطة، وذلك بهدف تسهيل وصول متلقي الخدمة إلى المعلومات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالخدمات المقدمة.

ويتضمن الدليل توضيحًا شاملًا للوثائق المطلوبة والخطوات الرئيسية اللازمة لإنجاز كل خدمة، بما يسهم في تبسيط الإجراءات وتوفير الوقت والجهد على متلقي الخدمة.

ويأتي إتاحة الدليل في إطار جهود السلطة لتطوير الخدمات المقدمة وتعزيز التحول الرقمي، بما يسهّل على المراجعين الاطلاع على متطلبات الخدمات وإجراءات الحصول عليها إلكترونيًا.
