أدانت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين استهداف ميليشيا الحوثي مدينتي الطائف وينبع في المملكة العربية السعودية بالصواريخ الباليستية، معتبرة ذلك انتهاكا لسيادة السعودية وتهديدا لأمنها واستقرارها وسلامة أراضيها، وخرقا للقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

وأكد الناطق الرسمي باسم الوزارة السفير فؤاد المجالي تضامن الأردن المطلق مع السعودية، ووقوفه إلى جانبها في كل ما تتخذه من خطوات لحماية أمنها واستقرارها وسلامة مواطنيها والمقيمين فيها.
