قالت منظمة "بتسيلم" الحقوقية الإسرائيلية إن إسرائيل تنفذ مشروعًا يهدف إلى "محو الفلسطينيين كشعب" في الضفة الغربية، عبر سياسات تهدف إلى ترسيخ الوجود والسيادة الإسرائيليين.

وأضافت المنظمة، الاثنين، أن إسرائيل تستخدم في الضفة الغربية "التطهير العرقي والترهيب وتقييد الحركة وخنق الاقتصاد"، ضمن سياسة تستهدف الفلسطينيين كجماعة.

وقالت "بتسيلم" إن إسرائيل تتبع نظام الفصل العنصري في الضفة الغربية، فيما تنفذ، "إبادة جماعية" في قطاع غزة.
