نفت هيئة الخدمة والإدارة العامة، الخبر المتداول عبر عدد من الصفحات والمواقع الإلكترونية حول وجود تعديلات مرتقبة على المكافآت والحوافز لموظفي القطاع العام.

وأكدت الهيئة، الأحد، أنه لا توجد حاليا أي تعديلات على الأحكام والضوابط الناظمة لمنح المكافآت والحوافز لموظفي القطاع العام.

وبينت أن أحكام نظام إدارة الموارد البشرية في القطاع العام والتعليمات المنبثقة عنه والسارية حاليا هي المرجعية المعتمدة في كل ما يتعلق بمنح المكافآت، والعمل الإضافي، والأداء الاستثنائي.
